Sources say that the President will announce the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. He had a $25 million bounty on his head. Reportedly, he was wearing a suicide vest, and when he heard the wings of the BlackHawks and the boots storming his hiding place, set off the jacket, killing himself.
